What makes Hattie’s coffee so great?
The first secret to our success is to select only the highest quality Arabica beans. These beans are grown at the highest tropical elevations, and this allows the beans to develop wonderful rich flavors. Our second secret is that we roast what we need when we need it. Then with our small batch roasting, we are able to bring out the optimum flavor and subtle nuances for each sampling of coffee.
This also means our coffee is all roasted within the last week ensuring only the freshest for your morning cup.
